Les Savage

Leslie “Les” Savage Jr. (1922-1958) wrote nearly a hundred short stories and two-dozen novels under his own name and various pseudonyms (including “Logan Stewart”). His novels Black Horse Canyon (aka The Wild Horse) and Return to Warbow became movies and several of his stories were adapted for the television anthologies Zane Grey Theatre and Schlitz Playhouse.
